Position: Chief Executive Officer 

Expectations and Role Description

  • To lead and manage the profitable development of the Business to ensure it achieves its objectives
  • Develop an effective working relationship wth all stakeholders
  • To provide the vision, leadership and strategich direction that business needs to atchieve its goals, collaborates with management team to executie the goals
  • The CEO has leadership accountability for all plans that ultimately results in growing sales, market shares, sales volume, product development to meet and exceed  goals
  • CEO is responsible for the building a strong result oriented culture, leading changes and build capacity in the organization
  • CEO is responsible for all operational activites such as supply-chain forecasting, selling forcasting, finance P&L,  people operations and marketing operations
  • CEO will make recommendations on long term strategies for business growht
  • CEO plans, directs and cotnrol acitivities of the business to accomplich budgeted financial and sales objectives, operating profit, sales profit, economic profit, ROI and valume target

Requirements:

  • MBA Degree is must
  • Strong  leadership personality with clear vision how to manage business, shareholders and people
  • Excellent Change Leader
  • Result oriented and driven to achieve Financial, Marketing, Operational KPIs
  • Business Accumen with strong Financial, Operational and Sales background in Retail Chain
  • Min. 5 years of Leadership experience in retail management (sales, operations, stores, marketing)
